Here’s a concept sketch for an upcoming graphic story I’m in the process of writing.

This will be a web project that I hope to begin posting as a regular feature on the site sometime later this year.  The particulars are still up in the air, so stay tuned.  I hope to have a better idea of how the project will unfold by spring.

Once, there were humans. But then the zombies came. Few had appropriate contingency plans. But one boy did. With a can of pop, a magic marker, a nine volt battery, the back of an envelope, some tinsel, a pair of tweezers, and an ancient tome about a magic amulet, he was able to summon an elf and her friend the metal golem to help save the humans. Because with no humans, there would be nobody left to bake pie. And that would be an absolute travesty. So now they must band together and fight back against the oncoming doom. Will they manage to avert disaster and save the pie? Find out later this year when Norm Feuti’s new strip, “For The Love Of Pie,” begins!

    Okay, you’ve got my interest…

  3. jrhather

Yeah..well….I still miss your last web project.

    Poor forgotten Gill.

  4. Yves

It looks like it has robots… I’m in!

  5. Greg Bulmash

I’ll feel better if you find a way to sneak Gill in to it. Dammit, you lured me in with Gill, then give me a girl and a robot. I’m not bitter… just sad. I miss Gill.

  6. Pizzasgood

Well, I miss Gill too, but on the other hand, he at least got to have some air time. This girl and robot have not even had a chance to shine yet. So I can understand giving them a chance instead of reviving Gill.

    Looking forward to it, Norm.

Will I see you at the Maine Comics Fest in May?

  8. Norm

Not this year, Jeff. I won’t have anything new to promote, so I think I’ll sit this one out.

An elf in sneakers?! It’s got to be good.

Apparently she just cast “Summon Robot”.
