Here are a couple of uncolored panels from the graphic story I’m working on. As you can see the design of the elf (Jayn) has changed considerably from the original concept sketch I posted in February. She’s a lot less cartoony.
I’ve never really tackled anything quite like this before, so the work has been slow-going. But it’s been rewarding work too. It’s nice to draw at a more thoughtful pace for a change.
